Carrot Cupcakes with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting


My carrot cupcakes with coconut and candies pecans. And of course vanilla bean cream cheese frosting.

And I'm sorry but how cute are these little sugar flowers & leafs! They make perfect Easter cupcake decorations too!
